Nascar 2 will run with the -dma switch in a MS-DOS box under Win95 but it will
not run when I boot in DOS 6.22. Anybody know a fix for this?
Problem 2 is that when I run nasrend with Kali in Win95 when I exit Nascar2 my
monitor goes to sleep and I have to reboot.
Problem 3: When I run nasrend with KaliDOS, Nascar2 will exit properly but I
lose my Kali PPP connection.

2 choices:
1) boot to Win95 and exit to DOS 7
2) get a copy of dmadiag (I think its on Eric Bush's home page) and
run it before you run renddma. Either solution works for me.
That's a rendition problem, no current fix for it. The same thing
happens when you run any dos program with Kali loaded.

Not necessarily. I have an Asustek P/I-P55T2P4 motherboard with a
P200 chip and a Reactor. DMADIAG reports fifo around 14MB/s and DMA
around 84 MB/s, but I _still_ can't run INDYFAST.BAT from DOS 7 unless
I first boot up Win95 and then exit to DOS ... go figure. I have
second to latest BIOS from Award (haven't got around to upgrade that)
and latest (v74) from Intergraph ...
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated ...
