has anyone figured out how to remove the restrictor plates in N2 yet?
It should be the same as in N1. Edit the taladega.txt file, changing
the line 'SPDWY 1 42 45' to read 'SPDWY 0 42 45'. You'll also need to
edit the line 'RELS 104' to a higher number to help the AI cars keep
up.

I think you do it the same way as in Nascar 1, by changing the 1 to
a 0 in the Talladega text next to the line that says SPDWY.Don`t
know for sure though,I have no reason to do it.
Just change the first number after SPDWY in the TALADEGA.TXT file from a 1
to a 0.
