Has anyone been able to convert the Indianapolis track for NASCAR2. I know is works for NASCAR(1) but haven't seen a conversion yet for NASCAR2? Thanks

Just relax. The game was just released. I am sure that Gerhard (or someone) will get around to a conversion as soon as they can. These things take time!

How about it, Gerhard? Willing to tackle this project?

Might take longer than you think...The internal files (ie: mip, stp, etc) have changed enough to make a project like that difficult at best. :( Best Regards, Marc Marc J. Nelson Sim Racing News - USA http://members.aol.com/simracing/

Something like track converters for N2 may be very difficult. Anyone noticed the size of the N2 track.dat files?

I've only had the demo of Nascar 2 so far but looking at the Watkins Glen and Atlanta tracks, some of the internal file formats have changed which may mean that we may not be able to convert them. Still, it doesn't mean we wont try. Cheers Jed The Pits - http://www.thepits.demon.co.uk

Next best thing of course will be BTCC's at these places! Cheers! --- * RM 1.3 U0414 * Windows is to OS/2 what Etch-a-Sketch is to art.

So the road courses are drivable in N2? OOh, I cant wait to get it now. Shames theres only two or whatever. As for BTCCs at these places, I don't think that's ever gonna happen except for with the help of a very special group of guys [failing that, us mugs at The Pits will have to step in ;)] BTW Toby: you gotta get your news program sorted out, it keeps appending ?????s to the end of all your subject titles! It's been doing it for over a year now. It can't be healthy ;) Dave Bowers
