NASCAR 2 Offline Racing

Does anyone know if there's any NASCAR 2 offline racing league (if it is possible offline racing).

I have created an offline racing series. It's called NORS2 '97 and is located at http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/2351/

IGN website is at http://www.applink.net/rscott/ign/welcome.htm We run online and offline Nascar 1 and 2 series Richard
