Has anyone tried GP2 on the Cyrix P200+? I am presently running it on a P100, but am hoping my new P200+ will run it better.

I haven't experienced any crashes or wierd stuff that could be attributed to my wierd processor. Heh. SuperMicro P55CMS, 512k cache, 48 meg RAM, Sierra Screamin' 3d. The DMA problem has been giving me fits with the Papyrus sims, but GP2 is great. E-mail me if you need specifics. --

Try this website, it shows expected performance levels for GP2 on various processors. I haven't seen any P200+'s listed there, just P166+'s (one of them being mine), and they are extremely competitive with Intel products: http://www.zip.com.au/~davidg/GP2/gp2pop.html Yousuf Khan -- Yousuf J.
