What's the ideal wheellock for Magny-Cours in GP2?

2 posts by 2 people · 07 Jan 1997 - 10 Jan 1997

Hi, I was wondering whether there is anyone out there kind enough to give me some tips to tackle Magny-Cours. I've set the wheellock to 13 degrees to overcome the parabolica sections. Is that ideal? Anyway, I still cannot crack into the 1:18 time barrier, managing only a best of 1:21. Is there any way to prevent wheelspin when exiting 1) the Adelaide hairpin 2)that slow 90 degrees turn before approaching the start/finish line? If I were to dab the throttle slowly, wouldn't that lose me time? Thanks, Pris Seng.
