Hello race fans,
Does anyone know where I can get the PATCH and the NEWEST car set for Indy
Car Racing 2? Also, what exactly does this patch do for the game? Thanks
for any help.

Surf the Web with Indycar + Papyrus and you should find a link sooner or
later.
The dos patch v1.02 fixes some yellow flag problems and corrects a serious
weight transfer bug that would hit after about 15 minutes. suddenly you
car would get so tight you couldn't keep the back end behind you. the
patch fixes this and calms the car downslightly.
