N2: My picture by my name, How?

I've read a couple post telling how to do this. They didn't do the trick. Seemed to be a step missing. Or, maybe it's just me. Could someone please post the "how to's" for this, from the very first step to the very last? Thanx, 1ra

Remember that the PCX you are using to replace the original with must be NO LARGER (width x height) than the original. One pixel larger and it won't work. :-) bk
