Havn't read any report on weather or not "LAPS LEAD" has been fixed.
As yet, have not 'patched' myself (and I'm leaking like a pierced

Not yet
I read once somewhere that Lead Laps were recorded. I have run
a race or two (Single Race mode) and have not seen the records
for lead laps

that is if you can ever get the damn results...
we have raced two races at richmond now (patched version, modem race)
and never after finishing the race can we get the results, after the
race is over we hit esc and it takes us back to the screen where we
can click on race, chat, options, car setups, or standings (standings
not being the same thing as results cause it has no points).
kind of hard to figure out how many points to give to people without
knowing who all led laps...

this is not always true!
we have raced 5 races at richmond over the past 3 days and never EVER
have we got "results". we get standings even when we save which just
have the final results, but no lap leaders or anything else. the race
never actually ends, you never get the winners circle or the picture
with guy sulking b/c he didn't win.
