Can anyone tell me why my sound is not working w/ n2 since I installed
win 95. I have to run setup every time I race and do autodetect.then I
have sound. I do switch to a dos prompt. Thank you, Doug.
Do you run from a dos prompt or do you restart in dos mode? The sound
drivers have to be loaded in the dosstart.bat file (c:\windows) if you
restart in dos mode. (Assuming, of course, they aren't present in the
startup files)
If you run from a dos prompt the sound should by all means work
assuming it works in W95.
