My firewall is reporting an upload speed of 29.74kB/s. So that's kilo
BYTES instead of kilobits correct? What would that rough out to in the
normal scale that has 56k and 128kbs for isdn? Thanks...

A 64k ISDN line would give you roughly 8 kB/s UL/DL, you basically
divide by 8 and that gets you fairly close
