I'd like to hear from anyone else who was a beta tester of Hawaii when it was
still in closed testing. Didn't Papyrus agree to compensate us for time spent
testing on particular nights? (I know they did, I have the letter). Anyway,
I emailed TEN Customer Service about who I needed to talk to to get credit and
they replied they weren't planning on giving any compensation. I realize it
should come from Papyrus, not TEN, but they couldn't tell me who to write to.
Anybody know who to talk to at Papy about this? Any help would be
appreciated.
