Just to add my disappointment also in the latest debacle involving the much anticipated N2, 3dfx port & patch. Sounds like the kind folks at 3dfx did their part and now we are being jerked around by Sierra/Papyrus. I think if we would just get better info on the delay or problems they're having with this port it would make things more tolerable but anticipating a much sought date of Dec. 22nd to only hear the famous, "Early next year, blah blah blah" obviously insults our intelligence and tells us absolutely nothing. Anyhow, as I stated in the title of this thread, would like to pass along just a bit of encouraging info regarding the Stealth II and N2 support in Dos. Found this info on the message board at: [link lost in import] not working in Dos with certain "Speedy3d" titles including N2. To sum it up, here's my reply with the info to point you to this great little conversion utility: "Just tested this and can confirm that it indeed does allow Rendition Nascar2 play in Dos with the Stealth II. Just go to [link lost in import: /~liaor] and get V2DOSFIX. Txt file included with instructions. Thanks to the original poster for pointing this util. out and especially to the author, Royce Liao. Great work!" Ron L. (Please remove the extra letter(s) to respond) Home of the SSC http://www3.pgh.net/~lazer/ For Nascar2 & Winston Cup Fans!

Agreed. Not only are they failing to provide information, but they promised specific information would be available on a specific date and then didn't even provide that. No surprise that pisses a few people off. Joe
