Anyone else tried the 4.66 patch yet?
Previously, I used to run the game out of the box using an MS SideWinder
Pro. I had it set to 'stick' rather than 'button' acceleration. However,
post patch the only configuration that will work is 'button'. Choosing
'stick' simply leaves one stationary on the start line.
Any thoughts / solutions?
Also, I found a patch on the Australian Europress website for extra tracks.
However, I cannot get the game to recognise their presence. The file wants
to unpack to the games var directory but even correctly located I cannot get
any additional tracks to show in the 'custom rally' screens. Anyone tried
this? Anyone had any success?
By the way the first problem is manifest with, or without, the installation
of the second AUS patch.
