I live in Chicago and watched the race on FOX Sports Channel.
Mika Salo showed a lap on his laptop. It wasn't F1RS or any game
but looked like real telemetry. I was amazed when he would tell
what gear the corners are taken in. They were the same exact gears
I was using in F1RS. IMHO that is *WAY* cool...

yes I think you could say that
Just a note on the Brazil Grand Prix...
Our local network who runs the Grand Prix coverage down here
in Australia, started the Brazilian coverage with a lap around the
Grand Prix track, using F1RS on a computer!
Good advertising for Ubisoft....
Looks like it is going to be the common intro for the rest of the Grand
Prix Season down here in Australia...
According to the commentators they are going to use F1RS to do a
lap around all the circuits in the 1998 championship!
PS.. The Mclarens are looking good for the championship!
Cheers,
Ron Ayton
BTW they showed him in the finnish TV driving the track with GP2 and a
steering wheel. Did it rather well.

I thought I saw some posts on F1RS saying some of its
tracks are not the same as the real one's
Anyone else remember them??

Yeah, can't wait for Suzuka. But the Bear and A.J. will be yakking so
much I'll bet it'll go un-noticed.
