The last time I went to play GPL I was automatically brought to the
controls config screen... Everything had disappeared and I couldn't
calibrate my wheel anymore... And when I tried to get back to the
main menu it kept bringing me back to the controls setup menu! Has
this ever happened to anyone before?

Antoine, It happened to me recently after loading new drivers for my soundcard.
I just re-calibrated and have not thought about it since.
