Can someone tell me what the "black sky" problem looks like in F1RS? I think I'm experiencing it all of the sudden. What I'm getting with ver# 1.09 is what seems to look like the sky kind of shaking or moving back and forth with big black blotches. This is happening randomly but so far only at the following tracks: Brazil, Europe, Spain and Argentina I running with a Creative Labs Voodoo2 w/12 megs and latest drivers. Thanks, Sal V.

It looks like he whole sky is black. Not blotches. -- Header address intentionally scrambled to ward off the spamming hordes. >Can someone tell me what the "black sky" problem looks like in F1RS? When I upgraded from one version of F1RS to another several months ago, this was long before 1.09, I found the track, and the surrounding ground, to be made up of broad black and white stripes that ran transversely to the track, which was hard to find, except that the stripes followed the contour of the ground. It was kind of cool, but hard to drive. I un-installed, re-installed, and then patched. Everything was fine. I've never seen any kind of sky problem. Larry
This problem was fixed in 1.09. It occurred under certain circumstances when a saved game was loaded in a championship when the weather was 'variable 5%' or so. The sky was completely black, so you don't have that problem! >Can someone tell me what the "black sky" problem looks like in F1RS? I >think I'm experiencing it all of the sudden.
