MGPRS2: how to utilize user-created sounds?

1 post by 1 person · 14 Nov 1998 - 14 Nov 1998

I've dl'd some of the new sounds from the f1racingsim.com/f1rs2 site, including the Renault and Schumacher sounds. I managed to install some of them in F1RS2 (using either f1bnm program or the french-language sound editor that came with my UK import version). But my results are certainly less than satisfactory, if not just bizarre. Which sounds is everyone changing? The "v10eq1.wav" or "v10cl.wav" or others? And with which wav files? Are you changing the gear changes, or just the engine? None of them sounds like what I heard at the Canadian GP.... TIA, Dave
