When playing Viper racing the road and some other objects have untextured
sections. The game is playable but the road has sky blue triangle sections
appearing intermittently. Is there a fix for this?
Here is my system.
P2 350, 128MB, W98
Matrox Millenium
(2) M3D 2, 12MB in SLI (same problem with one M3D 2) with drivers ver. 205
SB Live
Direct X 6
Thanks,
Lutrell :-)
Don't use the 2.05 drivers. Back up a revision and you should be ok.

full version would fix it but it had the problem also.
While trying to get GPL to not lock up I seem to have fixed Viper Racing
graphics problem. However, I think it is working with the M3D 2 ver. 205
drivers. Well Viper works on my system with M3d 2 ver. 205 and Direct X6, so
hopefully I can get GPL to work also. But now to fix GPL with DirectX6 and
from what news posts have said, I need to put the earlier glide2x.dll files
from Directx5 in my GPL directory? I thought the glide files were from the
V2 drivers?
