I have the latest VoodooIIdrivers and DirectX6.0 but CMR get all messed up! Most of the screen is nearly white and only some parts are displaying as it should. What could be wrong? All oter racing sims are working perfectly (TOCA, NFSIII, MGPRS2) Using W98 + Orchid Righteous II 12MB. Please help

I don't have a Voodoo II, so I can't really speak from experience, but.... I've heard that Voodoo II's (particularly Diamonds Monster II) have a problem with a specific driver, and that you should use the older (or most previous) driver. I've also heard that DX 6.01 (which may be available in Beta) will correct the white block problems. Hope that helps, you might want to search the newsgroup for similar complaints or check out the various 3dfx newsgroups (there are quite a few out there). Jay J

Try to get the latest reference drivers as well as DX 6.1 or DX 6.2. Do an FTP search, or go to www.voodooextreme.com they supposedly have a link.
