There used to be several people racing
with TPTCC on Kali, at the "WhereToRace"
server. That was well over a year ago
though. I'm not sure if that server is
still up.
There is a command in kali that will
show what games are being played.
Typing in something like /games nascar2
will tell how many people are playing
it at that time, and what server they
are on.
My guess is that your best bet is to
try the "Racing" server.

Not too many folks on Kali have the TPTCC patch. But there is a generic
racing server now. =>Racing
Check out the tptcc mailing list, you might find willing drivers there.
