Now that there is a NASCAR 2 -> GPL track converter, is there an editor
for N2 tracks that we can use to generate GPL tracks?

Yes, one is being worked on by Paul Hoad, et al. Try going to
gpl.gamestats.com as I know they have a link to it since I can't remember
the URL off the top of my head.
