It depend on what You like. OF1RS is more arcade then simulator.
I like it, because i don't have enough time to training and
tuning now. I can race with default setting and sometime even win.
Inside views are good, especially the dynamic views.
I am waiting for GP3 too, but I must racing until it arrives ...
