It seems that in my GPL game, its best if i calibrate once per lap. I
judge this because I cannot lock up the tires on braking sometimes.
The braking is greatly reduced. I hit F3 and recalibrate and then
resume the game. Braking produces locked up tires right away. Anyone
have an idea what is going on here? I am using a UltraRacer PC
controller.
Thanks,
Tom
I have the same thing as of late.. I'll calibrate the steering but
after a couple laps it gets all screwy. I have never cleaned the
steering pot, so, I'll just assume that it does this because the pot is
bad(?)
I have a home made wheel all set to go. But, I don't want to use it
till I get the peddles done. Till then, I'll just run a couple hot laps
then just watch everyone else race on GSB.

Well, at least now we know we're not alone ;-)) No real prob when off-line

I never have steering problems, only braking. I can work around it
but its such a pain. Steering would suck! best of luck.

file after many hours of usage...why?....i dunno...but all you do is
delete the controls file and once you restart the game...recalibrate
your wheel and a new controls.cfg file will be created and everything
should be fine.....
