N99: Watkins chicane wall patch?

I remember once seeing on the 'net a patch that removed the wall in the chicane at Watkins Glen (N99), but now I can't find the patch anywhere. Does anyone know where I could find it? Thanks. --- Jet Jaguar I have a spam blocking address. Replying to me is like pulling teeth.
