Anyone had a problem with running Re-volt on a Voodoo3 3000 AGP? The game
noticeably "stutters" every 2-3 seconds, no matter which resolution I use.
Some of the things I've tried to resolve the problem include:
1. Changing from 1024 X 768 to 640 X 480
2. Uninstall and re-install newest V3 drivers
3. Make sure no background programs running
4. Changed CPU speed on my overclocked system from 600 down to native speed
of 500.
5. Played with clock speed of Voodoo3 from 143 to 166 MHz.
6. Disabled in-game sound
7. Removed CD from drive during gameplay.
Anyone else had similar problems and if so, did you find a solution?
Seems like a great game; it'd be a shame to have to return it....
