Cannot find dxtweak.exe anywhere...

Hi, Following threads in this group I have seen mention of the utility dxtweak.exe. I do not seem to be able to find this anywhere on the net and the search engines don't seem to be able to pick it up. Can anyone give me a pointer? Cheers... Martin
