Launched...in F1rst. I'm curious how many drivers can connect.
It's running Hungary. I'll also try a couple of times this evening.

Hmm...other drivers were able to join just fine. I just checked, and it had
about 8 minutes left. Great - something *else* is weird on my system...? How
can some see it, but others not?

I would say then the problem is on their end, not yours E. If some can
see, then they are configured properly. Those that are not, either have a
router in the way or don't have F1 C and F1 rst2 setup with the right
path...or something like that.

Hotlap mode? That might have defaulted that way after everyone else left.
Since it was unattended, it will just SIT there after the race is finished...

At the time I checked, the only F1C races available were all using the
RH2003 carset (which I refuse to install).

Oh, is *that* what that RH2003 means? I didn't know, but I see it all the
time. Is there a problem with it? Why do you refuse to install it?

Ralph Hummerich has made some of the best season updates for several
years. for GP4 and F1 2kx. I'm assuming he's taking a moral stand
against either a season update that acts like a mod or the Ciggarette
advertising....hopefully he'll return and fill us in.

I guess I missed this one. I would like to install it.
Is it just an executable?
Could you share the link?
Thank you.

Basically I figure I already have the 2002 cars, so why bother.
If/when there's a patch for the RH2003 physics so it accurately models
the 2003 season from a driving perspective, I'll grab it. Otherwise
it's all eye candy.

There is. How accurate it is I don't know, but then again how accurate
is the original 2002 season? I only have a 1.5 second spread in my lap
times between the Ferrari and the Minardi for instance...
I hesitate to install the physics patch on the other hand b/c it will
make my laptimes incomparable to any others.

But what sweet, sweet eye candy it is! :)

Wow - his name doesn't even ring a bell. But then again, I don't have new
carsets/graphics/etc for any of the sims I run...

Yeah, but the beauty of F1C though is that you can throw mods in at your
whim and it doesn't disturb anything - just adds another icon to the season
selection.
I only installed it so I can put the Tantra 2003 track updates on. Driving
the new Monaco is fun and it's much more accurate than any of ISI's efforts.
Then again, I've always loved driving around Monaco even if it is a stupid
place to race...
