Sorry if this is a FAQ, but I just discovered this group. I can't believe that Nascar 4 was released without a way to save a race - this is just totally incredible to me! Then while looking on Sierra's site I find this: Problem: Can not save game Solution: The ability to save a race in progress is not available with NASCAR 4. Due to time constraints, it was not feasible for the developers to implement the "Save race" feature. The developers are aware of the desire for such a feature. If the save feature is important to you, we suggest writing the developer at [email hidden]. You will receive an automated response acknowledging receipt, and your e-mail will be forwarded to the relevant department. WTF????? I sent an email to the suggestions email address only to have it bounce (surprise). My question is, is there any way to fix this, or barring that, is there a way to contact Sierra that works? Thanks, -Ed

development on N4 ended about 2 years ago, there will be no help for N4.....no proper sim lets you save in the middle of a race anyway....there hasn't been a save race option since N2 to the best of my knowledge -- Biz "Don't touch that please, your primitive intellect wouldn't understand alloys and compositions and,......things with molecular structures,....and the....." - Ash "Ed J." <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]... > Sorry if this is a FAQ, but I just discovered this group. Are you saying Nascar 2002 and 2003 don't have a save option either? -Ed

I'm guessing it's the single biggest feature that people have asked for, but isn't in the game. But you will be missing some great sim racing if you stay away from NR2003 just because it doesn't have a save game. db

I miss this too. If you are going back, go here: http://dtechusa.m4driving.sm/dt/ You can get nice carsets for 2002, 2003 and some track updates also. Sorry - you're SOL. Papyrus has abandoned N4... The newer NASCAR games don't have a savegame feature either. Sorry, N3 is not a "proper sim" anymore. > Are you saying Nascar 2002 and 2003 don't have a save option either?
