Hello For some research studies I'd like to get the technical and sporting regulations for the following US series...some PDF files would be great... The rulebook is availiable on www.cart.com > IRL (and related if they have) IRL ? Rules ? The Nascar rulebook is not available for public consumption. Besides, it changes on an hourly basis, so it would be kinda pointless to create a paper version of it.

Actually, they do make a printed copy of it , all licensed NASCAR members receive it.
