I have a question regarding the scrutineering patch for LFS. I downloaded
the Mod to add the turbo to the GTI and it works fine with the unpatched
version. However, when I replace the original .exe file with the patch the
Mod is obviously gone. When I try to apply the Mod to the scrutineering
patch the Mod does not work. So a couple of questions:
-Is the purpose of the patch to keep out all Mods at the choice of the host?
-Does the Mod not work on the patch at all and all online racing with the
patch must be with no Mods?
I didn't want to get into the merits or ethical problems involved with Mods
or potential cheating during online racing. I am not that good of a racer
but I enjoy racing against similiar cars.
Thanks

The mod does not work with 0.1C patch. A mod can be made for 0.1C too,
but when the scrutineering is set on by the host, only unmodded 0.1C
versions can join. When scrutineering is set off, then modded (and
unmodded) versions of 0.1B and 0.1C can join.
