Assigning keys to joystick buttons????

by T.A.S. van Dooremale » Fri, 27 Dec 1996 04:00:00

I remember a utility for GP1 which assigned keys to buttons to your
joystick or steering wheel. I tried it with GP2 but, as I already thought,
it didn't work. Now, is there anybody who knows how I can still do this. I
hate it when I have to bend over to my keyboard to pause in the middle of
the race, and then lose control, and crash out. In short, I would like to
be able to pause the game from my (self-made) steering wheel.

Thanx in advance,
Tim

Boy, I sure could use this for IndyCar II.  Actually, I would be quite
satisfied to be able to pause with either button on my T2, then go to
the keyboard and do what I have to do.  If anyone has something like
this, could they please post it to "The Pits?"

Cheers,

Pooch
