Several aspects of the AI changes as you move up through the levels.
There is no setting as such, it happens behind the scenes in response
to the level you select for yourself.

The convincing is your job, I was just stating the facts :-)

I've noticed that they do indeed seem to brake all too well with cold
tires (but maybe it's just me that can't brake worth a damn).  But, they
do seem to have a wiggley ass getting back on the power with cold tires.

% After that, he cannot maintain the same speed as I do, well, for that
% lap. This at Grand Prix mode.
