I've spoke english all my life, and I don't know what *** means.. anyone
care to enlighten me? (I know what a *** is, just don't know *** :)

This word play is getting twisted, isn't it?  He was saying that, in his
opinion, the *other* word should not be used in a public forum.  He just
chose to use IMO to save some typing, and perhaps to provide an example.

I'm sure you now know the exact meaning of the word ***.  However, it
is used quite often here in the UK without that connotation, just to
tell someone what a pratt they are.
